Receptionist

£20, 000 - £22, 000 depending on experience
We are looking for a key member of our team – the public face of AT Technicians. If you have excellent communication skills, experience in a customer-facing role and a high level of written English, this may be the role for you.
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who can take the initiative to keep things running smoothly.
Your qualities:
Good phone manner
IT literate
High level of written and spoken English
Approachable yet professional
Good team player
Full, clean driving license
Your duties:
Meeting and greeting customers
Booking in and out vehicles
Dealing with customer enquiries
Dealing with suppliers
Writing emails
Answering the phone
Writing letters
Data management (training available)
