Skill Tradesmen / Multi-trade wanted 

Anglija.lt skelbimas: Looking for a professional and competent multi-trade operative, required for upcoming jobs in London and the South East (Kent & East Sussex). Will be working for a fast growing construction company. working a wide range of projects in both the private and public sector, ranging from high rise tower blocks to groups of individual houses. The company specialist in external refurbishment and cladding projects - looking to expand team of qualified operatives for work on multiple different types of work, from plumbing and carpentry to wet trades (plaster / render) and finishing works (painting / tiling).
Successful multi-skilled operatives will have basic carpentry and plumbing skills and would also ideally be able to cover most aspects of property maintenance including plastering, decorating and tiling to enable you to complete all parts of a job rather than just your core trade, experience is essential.

Other details:
- Must hold CSCS card or approved equivalent.
- Preference for anyone holding Blue "Skilled Worker" card, though Green (Labourer) or Red (Temporary) cards may also be accepted depending on other experience.
- Must have experience within the construction industry, be generally competent in building works and site H&S requirements.
- Ideally we are looking for someone with a good balance skills and trade backgrounds, including for example; basic carpentry and plumbing skills, plastering, decorating and tiling.
- Language skills flexible, with some existing staff of Lithuanian or Ukrainian heritage and fluent with English as 2nd language.
- Must have provable right to work in UK.
- Knowledge of cladding systems preferred, but not essential.
- Driving license preferred but not essential.
- Job would be full time, Monday to Friday, with option to work some Saturday's / Sunday's as required.
- Salary will be competitive and determined on experience.

- Operatives can be either salaried or self-employed depending on individual circumstances and requirements.
