Anglija.lt redakciją pasiekė skaitytojos prašymas padėti surasti kaltininką, kuris sukėlęs autoavariją ir sužeidęs kelis žmones pasišalino iš įvykio vietos.

Gegužės 21 d. (šeštadienį) M1 kelyje (Northbound) maždaug 21:30 val. tarp Junction 2 ir London Gateway servisų įvyko avarija. Jos metu nukentėjo Karolis bei jo šeima, vykusi iš Londono namo į Milton Keynes.

Šeima važiavo juodos spalvos automobiliu "Seat Alahambra", kai sidabrinės spalvos "VW Golf" prarado kontrolę ir trenkėsi į lietuvių vairuojamą transporto priemonę. Įvykus avarijai kaltininkas pasišalino iš įvykio vietos.

Įvykio metu sužeisti vyras ir moteris.

Vienas iš liudininkų, matęs avariją, teigė, jog kaltininkas buvo maždaug 40 metų baltaodis vyras, trumpų ir šviesios spalvos plaukų (tikėtina, kad pilkos), lieso veido ir su akiniais.

I’m appealing on behalf of some friends to hopefully help them find witnesses to an accident they were in that happened on the M1 (Northbound) on Saturday 21st May at around 9:30 pm between Junction 2 and the London Gateway service station.

Some of you will know Karolis, the young lad that helps me deliver the Avon brochures to you, he is my friends son and Saturday night he, his mum, dad and little brother were driving back to Milton Keynes after a family day out in London. They were driving in a black Seat Alahambra - people carrier, when some idiot, speeding and driving like a numpty in what is believed to be a Silver VW Golf convertible (with a black roof) lost control of their car, bounced it off the centre reservation straight into my friends car, spinning them across the width of the motorway with their car landing up on the verge and hard shoulder of the motorway.

The VW Golf convertible that caused the accident sustained damage but failed to stop after the collision and drove off. Thankfully, my friend and her family are all alive, but she and her husband were injured in the accident (her husband more seriously so, he had to undergo surgery but was discharged today).

One witness has come forward so far and was able to describe the driver as a white male aged around 40 with short light coloured hair (possibly grey) the man was described as having a scrawny/skinny face and was wearing glasses. We also have a photo of the rogue car (but no plate number)

If you happened to witnessed the accident, caught any or all of the number plate, or even better if you happen to have any dashcam footage of the accident (or of that area around the time of the accident) that might help catch this moron that nearly killed my friend and her young family it would be very much appreciated.
